How much does a project cost?
Architectural fees typically run 10-15% of construction cost, and we give a fixed fee proposal after the first conversations. Construction budgets are defined together before we draw.
How long does a project take?
Design typically takes four to nine months. Construction ranges from eight to fourteen months depending on scope and permits. We give honest schedules and stick to them.
Do you work outside Portland?
Yes. We currently work throughout Oregon and Northern California, and take on a small number of projects farther afield each year.
