Custom homes in our market typically run $250-$400 per square foot depending on finish. We give a fixed price on working drawings, not a budget number you have to hold us to.
How long does a build take?
A typical custom home runs ten to fourteen months. Remodels and additions run three to eight months. Every schedule is written into the contract.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Holloway & Son is a licensed Tennessee general contractor, fully insured, with workers' compensation on every crew.
Do you work with our architect?
Yes. We build from any architect's drawings, and we price them honestly - flagging constructability issues before they become change orders.
