Safety.
Electrical safety is not a feature, it is the job. Here is what we watch for, and what you should too.
Safety first, always
If a repair is not up to code, we will not fake it. You get the honest version, or we do not do it.
Permits handled
We pull the permits, schedule the inspection, and do the paperwork. You never touch it.
On time, clean, quoted
Appointment windows, boot covers, and a flat quote before work begins.
Signs worth a call
Flickering or buzzing
A light or outlet that flickers or buzzes can mean a loose connection. If it is constant, call us - it is cheap to check and expensive to ignore.
Warm outlets
An outlet that is warm to the touch is a warning sign, especially an older one. Do not keep using it heavily until it is checked.
Old panels
If your panel is from before the 1980s, it may be undersized or use breakers that are no longer standard. A safety inspection is a good first step.
Tripping breakers
An occasional trip is normal. A breaker that trips the same way repeatedly means something is actually wrong - not just a heavy load.
