How much does a project cost?

Design fees typically run 10-15% of the furnishings and finishes budget. You receive a written scope and budget before we begin.

Do you work with my contractor?

Yes - we work with builders you trust or a vetted list of ours, and we coordinate the details so the design survives the build.

How long does a full home take?

Most full-home projects run six to twelve months from concept to install, depending on construction scope and lead times.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes - room designs, renovations, and styling projects are welcome. We keep a small number of projects at any time so each gets real attention.
