How do you charge?

Most business and family matters are flat-fee or hourly with a written estimate. Litigation is handled with a budget and a worst-case number agreed up front.

Do you take small matters?

Yes. A well-run practice takes care of the lease and the will as carefully as the acquisition. If a matter is too small or too large for us, we will say so and point you somewhere good.

How quickly will I hear back?

You will have a response within one business day, and a first call within the week in most cases. In urgent matters, we make room.

Is the first call confidential?

Yes. An initial consultation is privileged and confidential, and discussing your situation does not create a client relationship until we both sign the engagement letter.
