New patients.
Most new patients are seen within two weeks. Here is what the first visit looks like.
New patient visit
A 45-minute first appointment: full history, baseline vitals, and a plan you leave with in writing.
Your record
Your records are transferred for you, and your chart stays with your primary provider.
Ongoing care
Follow-ups, refills, and questions handled by the same team, with call-backs same day.
When you need more
We coordinate your specialists and imaging, so you are never the messenger between doctors.
Insurance & payment
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Our care team verifies your coverage before your first visit.
Common questions
Do you accept new patients?
Yes. We accept new patients of all ages and usually have first-visit openings within two weeks. Same-day sick visits are available for established patients.
Can I see the same doctor every time?
Yes - that is the point of Stonebridge. Your primary provider sees you at your annual visit, your sick visits, and your follow-ups.
How long are appointments?
Standard visits are 30 minutes. New patient visits and annual physicals are 45 minutes. We do not double-book exam rooms.
What happens if I need a specialist?
We refer you, send your records, and follow up on the outcome. You will never be asked to relay your own test results between offices.
