How long does deployment take?
A pilot is typically live in two to four weeks. Full enterprise rollouts run eight to twelve weeks depending on integrations.
Can you run it on-premises?
Yes - Northwind Core runs self-hosted in your environment, or in our cloud. The choice is yours and it does not change the price.
What security certifications do you hold?
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and SSO/SAML support are standard. We will complete your vendor security questionnaire on request.
How is pricing structured?
Platform pricing is based on your user count and deployment size, agreed in writing before you commit. No surprise overages.
