Everything inside, explained slowly.
Morrow keeps a short feature list on purpose. Each one earns its place by helping you wind down - nothing competes for your attention, and nothing tracks a streak.
Wind-down routines
Choose a routine - Unwind, Deep Breath, or Wind-Down for Work Minds - and Morrow walks you through it with timed voice guidance and ambient sound. When the routine ends, the screen dims and the sound fades on its own.

Soundscapes that know the room
Each soundscape is layered and generative: it never loops the same second twice, and it adapts its volume to the room so it masks traffic without drowning the quiet. No screeching intros, no jarring endings.
Wake in light
Set a 30-minute window and Morrow wakes you at the lightest point of your sleep cycle. A slow amber glow replaces the alarm clock glare, and a gentle tone grows in over a minute instead of jolting you out of a dream.

A sleep journal, kept for you
At night, two questions. In the morning, one. Morrow keeps the thread between them, finds the patterns you would never see, and gives you one small suggestion a week - never a lecture.
