New patients.
First visits are 45 minutes, and you are never adjusted before the plan is agreed. Here is how it works.
History & conversation
We talk about how the pain started, what it feels like, and what it is stopping you from doing.
Examination
A movement and posture screen, plus focused orthopaedic and neurological tests to find the source.
Plain plan, in writing
A clear recommendation: how many visits, what each involves, what it costs, and when to reassess.
Your first adjustment
Only when you are comfortable. Many patients start the same day; some prefer to think it over.
Insurance & payment
We are in-network with most major plans and file claims for you. Care that is not covered is priced up front, in writing, before you commit.
Common questions
Do I need a referral?
No. Colorado allows direct access to chiropractors. If your history or exam suggests care outside our scope, we will tell you and help you find the right provider.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that lets your back, hips, and shoulders move. You will do a short movement screen, not just sit on a table.
Will I be adjusted on the first visit?
Often, but only if you are comfortable and the plan is agreed. Some patients prefer to go home, read the plan, and come back for the first adjustment.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find. Most plans start at 2-6 visits with a review point. You will never be asked to commit to a number you cannot revisit.
