What project sizes do you take on?

From single-story warehouses to mid-rise buildings, plus retrofits of every vintage. If a project is too small or too large, we will tell you and recommend someone.

Do you work with architects or directly?

Both. We regularly join architect-led teams, and we also work directly with owners and contractors on design-build projects.

How do fees work?

Most work is fixed-fee or hourly with a cap, agreed in writing before design begins. No surprise multipliers at the end.

Do you handle permitting?

Yes. We prepare the structural and civil packages, respond to city comments, and see the permit through.
