Common questions

What is the minimum for an event?

Most events run from 30 guests up, and we do weddings up to 300. If your event is smaller, our at-home chef dinners may be a better fit - we will tell you honestly.

Do you provide staffing?

Yes - our own servers, bartenders, and event captains are included in most proposals, and we never bring in agency staff.

How far in advance should I book?

Weddings book six to twelve months out. Corporate and private events often come together in four to eight weeks. Weekends in summer go first.

Do you handle rentals and styling?

We coordinate with your venue and our rental partners for tables, linens, and glassware, so you have one point of contact for the whole day.
