How is this different from a big consultancy?
You work with partners, not a rotating staff. Engagements are shorter, cheaper, and end in decisions you can act on the same week.
What is the minimum engagement?
Discovery engagements are two to three weeks. Full strategy engagements run nine to sixteen weeks. Every engagement is fixed-fee, agreed in writing.
Do you take on small companies?
Yes. Most of our clients are $2M-$50M revenue businesses - big enough to have real decisions, small enough that a partner can matter.
